Aliza Shvarts is a student majoring in art at Yale. For her senior art project Shvarts artificially inseminated herself and induced miscarriages multiple times during a nine-month period to display the documentaation of the act.

I realize that "art" has degenerated into goth chicks blowing snot on a canvas and calling it a Da Vinci, but I think we have crossed the looking glass threshold from the laughable to the truly disgusting. This woman is less a Van Gogh, and more a Neil Armstrong treading fresh prints into the territory of ill taste.

In the Gettysburg-esque battle between baby rights and female rights I am decidedly neutral; how you screw up your life is of no concern to me, but this grotesque example of humanity has forced me to take a stand. This strikes me as wrong; I don't care if it's just a shapeless mass of electrified silly-putty, the foundation of the most advanced creature on Earth deserves a little more respect then to be cast like craps dice onto a display podium by a Pollock wannabe.

It's only after the Play-doh has developed into a walking, talking anus that it should be removed. Here's a slogan for the right to lifers: Give your baby the chance to become an asshole and an adult, then stab them with a coat hanger.

Tanner Fogle (that's me) would like to stress that there are valid reasons for an abortion. (Saved by the disclaimer).
