Rainy weather does not halt festivities

The foyer to the College Center was packed with students rushing out of the rain Thursday.
The Fullerton College commencement ceremony was canceled due to inclement weather. The celebration was not halted, however. Students still received diplomas and a reception was held in the College Center.
