This summers past Electric Daisy Carnival was abuzz with hype for one of the many performing DJ's of the night Kaskade and rightfully so, seeing as that's all people were talking about after the show.
Famed dance festival promoters Insomniac took advantage of this and brought the Chicago native back to Los Angeles for one more night of amazing dance music. The many fans that were blown away by Kaskades amazing summer performance we're also sure to be stunned by his brilliant and masterful set at the beautifully refurbished Hollywood Palladium, which turned out to be the perfect venue for such a perfect show.
Starting the night off were a couple of DJ's including the well known Juaquin Bamaca, who played a well balanced set that was not to grand but still had enough oomph in it to have the sold out crowd moving the whole night till finally Kaskade took to the stage in grand fashion.
As the final DJ rapped up there set, the lights dimed and the huge screens set up on stage started to show sparks flying towards the crowd but with only silence. The sparks started to take shape after a while and formed the name Kaskade.
The star of the night finally appeared behind his turntables with a smile that only meant one thing, that he was starting his set off with a bang, and that bang was his number one hit "Move For Me."
Totally avoiding the normal concert form of saving the best track for last, Kaskade started with his most famous song and continued through the night playing a plethora of his greatest tracks that included "I Remember" with a live vocalist, "4am" and even Oceanlabs famed hit "On a Good Day."
After blowing the minds of the packed house all the way till 3 am, Kaskade came on the microphone and thanked everyone for coming out and said he would play one last song for the many fans who were screaming for an encore.
In the end Kaskade closed the show off with "Angel on my Shoulder" the perfect fit to a night full of dancing and good vibes. Kaskades overall performance was unforgettable and in many ways topped his infamous EDC performance from earlier this year. Kaskade was truly one of the best DJ sets I've seen to date and is sure to be in the minds of the many fans in attendance that very special Friday night.
