waves wash through the mind
with never ending tangles of time
arms that hold
become stone cold
waiting for the past
to become what is last
trying to unfold
fairy tales untold
nets of steel
become so real
within the heart and soul
swallowing the pill
falling into the hallow water mill
pulling at the strings
the heart races with a sting
numb feeling leaving the nerve
with a system that can not serve
hallow limbs
slowly give in
