Local Artist Gives Fullerton College a HandArtist in residence Todd Frahm adds to FC's extensive art collection.
An 18,000 pound limestone hand sculpture has just been finished by Fullerton College's artist in residence and is located on Chapman Avenue, across from the FC campus, in the Sculpture Garden.
Todd Frahm is the 2007 Fullerton College artist in residence and was commissioned to carve the hand sculpture that hasn't been officially titled.…
