The Hornets failed to provide a come back victory for the first time this season. Down by seven late in the fourth quarter it couldn't be helped but think that a Fullerton comeback was eminent. Not this week.
The Gauchos improved to 4-0 on the season as they beat the Hornets 24-17 Friday night at Saddleback Stadium.
Saddleback scored 17 points in the second quarter which contributed to the Hornets first loss of the season. The Hornets fall to 3-1 on the year.
