It has finally been done, so everyone can stop searching; the miracle weight-loss program has been found.
People today are too concerned about how they look, what clothes they wear and how much they weigh. Each day someone new comes out with a different, more effective way to lose weight, but most of them are just gimmicks.
The most recent weight-loss formula comes to the masses from Alli, an over-the-counter weight-loss program. Everyone must remember that it is a combination of pills and different books to help each person come up with a specialized plan.
Now, everyone is probably asking how it is different from everything else. Really, it is completely different.
According to myalli.com, it is the only over-the-counter weight-loss formula to be approved by the FDA. This makes all of the difference along with the customized weight-loss plan.
But in reality, Alli is not the only over-the-counter weight loss pill that is FDA approved. Xenical, VitaBlue and Phase2 also carry this same validation.
Not only is it falsely advertising its product, Alli also has reported side-effects that aren't so pleasant along with a "party in your pants."
So overall, one can take pills, read pamphlets, have an online support group and discomfort all simply to lose weight. It sounds like such a great idea.
Or one can choose to go in the direction of a gastric bypass or liposuction.
But all of these choices sound a bit drastic if just a few pounds are needed to be lost. Wait, there is one other marvelous alternative: healthy eating, exercise and support.
Honestly, it can work for anyone as long as they try.
Why spend tons of money, such as $52.79 on a starter pack of alli, when a customized diet plan can be made specifically for each individual?
Besides the fact that all of the dietary pills out there cost a bundle, most of them have side effects that can be avoided.
There are all kinds of these overpriced over-the-counter weight-loss solutions, but nothing beats an actual cardiovascular workout.
However, motionless exercise may not be the way to go.
Motionless exercise is a technique presented by Shapely Secrets. This type of exercise apparently works all of a body's muscles in seven minutes per day.
Motionless exercise involves remaining completely still in different positions.
The program works using diametric resistance techniques that basically work the muscles against each other.
In addition to standing still, one must follow the other seven steps in the program.
Advertisements for these products, as well as all others, run at all times of the day so that they reach the maximum audience possible.
Pay extra money and lose weight? Maybe we should go back to the idea of good, old-fashioned exercise.
