Hornets lost to the Pirates in a double overtime loss 35-34 Saturday night at LeBard Stadium. On a gutsy call, Orange Coast won the game on a two-point conversion that handed Fullerton its second loss of the season.
Fullerton running back Brandon Edwards ran for 196 yards on 30 carries with three touchdowns.
Both teams combined for more than 800 yards of total offense, and the Pirates snap a four game losing streak with the win.
