"This college fair is helpful because it gives us a chance to look at different schools and get information on their requirements," said freshmen Kishore Ramalgan, who is looking into transferring to UCLA or UCSB.
Not only were there representatives from different universities, but representatives from the counseling center, health center, financial aid and Early Outreach Program as well.
With application deadlines approaching, many students seek help and guidance for the application process.
Many students got their questions answered and enjoyed the fact that the school put this together for them.
"All the information was very helpful and beneficial," said sophomore Steven Maher, who is looking to transfer to Cal State Fullerton.
More than 200 students were seeking information from the schools presented at the event.
To be able to get one-on-one time with college representatives may help those students who know they want to transfer but are not sure where.
This is only the first of many more college fairs to come.
Students seeking information about colleges or universities can go to the next one on Wednesday, November 14 from 5:00- 7:00 p.m.
