Fullerton College has renewed its contract with its campus dinning services Sodexo.
Changes are being made to the Student Center cafeteria that were influenced by responses from a student survey.
"This provided Sodexo and the North Orange County Community College District Board of Trustees a solid idea as to how the students feel about Sodexo," Joseph McIntosh, associated students vice president said.
According to McIntosh, the contract will be extended for an additional five years, with the current contract set to expire within the next year and a half.
"Students will more than likely see a change in the menu or more variety offered based on the suggestions Sodexo received from students," McIntosh said.
Provost explained that students can expect new facings, LCD menu boards, a new soup area and a Jamba Juice located on campus.
"One of the concerns was meeting everyone's price range. To address the issue, we have added a dollar menu at the Grill for breakfast and at Baja for lunch. We also offer value meals at each station," Donna Provost, General Manager of FC Dining Service said.
Provost states the economy has affected everyone and it is important to work together to solve the issues.
Renovation costs will be covered by Sodexo and is expected to be completed over a five-year time period.
